The site recommends using the code XMU for the airport and I would then put the museum name in the comments. If it's a museum at an airfield like Cosford or Duxford I just use the airfield code. Funny you should mention Sinsheim and Speyer in your post, I was at Sinsheim yesterday and I'm going to Speyer today.

Hi Billium,

I didn't realise when I replied there is an airfield at Speyer and that the museum site was actually part of the airfield, in fact many of the exhibits landed at the airfield for the last time and were the towed across the road. For that reason I am going to log my sightings at the museum as EDRY which is the ICAO code to the airfield but I will probably not against the which were in the museum. Also just in case you are not aware of it next time you visit if you follow the road that separated the airfield from the museum travelling east (I believe it is called Heinkelstrasse) the turn right with the river to your left outside one of the factory's is Starfighter 20+46. It isn't part of the museum, it is outside the Pfalz Flugzeuwerke but easily visable from the road. Looking at the PlaneLogger DB you don't have it down as a sighting (or maybe you just haven't got to that log book yet),

Good Luck

Steve
