Hi, mine is EDI, Edinburgh Airport. I am a frequent visitor and keen aircraft photographer. I have been associated with the airport site since 1961.

Well, my home airport is Carlisle (CAX) these days, so not much in the way of spotting opportunities (thanks to the Nimbys trying to destroy the airports plans)

I've previously lived in Aberdeen (ABZ) and Edinburgh (EDI), and tend to be back in both for work regularly, so they are my regular airports.

Local Airport: ABZ

Hi,

My local is ABZ, Aberdeen. I work for a train company so I frequently pass DND and EDI and so pick up stuff there. In the case of EDI though the aircraft have to be parked on Block 33 and the regs have to be LARGE letters or nos.

Dave.

My local is a light airfield - Shoreham in West Sussex now pompously known as Brighton City Airport. My nearest international airports are Gatwick (20 miles) & Heathrow (50 miles or thereabouts. Both are denied spotting facilities within the airport confines but there are various points scattered about the perimeters for those tough enough to brave the elements.

Mine is Vancouver YVR - but I used to live in North London. LCY was the closest but I frequented LTN the most and flew mostly from LHR.
