Today marks the start of the Paris Airshow, the largest aviation trade event of the year. Expect lots of order announcements and announcements over the next week.

It's thought Airbus will officially launch the A321XLR this week, while it's looking like Boeing may hold off announcing a new 797 due to the 737 MAX issues.

Anyway.. use this thread to share and discuss the latest news and announcements.

BA ordered 200 737 MAX! A massive boost for the program.

  • 15 MRJ / SpaceJets for an Undisclosed North American carrier
  • 36x A321XLR for Qantas
  • 50x A321XLR for Indigo partners (owner of Frontier)
  • 30x 787s for Korean

Plus quite a few smaller orders.
