I'm experiencing a large number of ads that constantly keep appearing on my app when I try to log a movement. Why ,? I've tried turning them off but still they keep coming. I pay a premium rate for this & don't want ads. How can we stop this happening ? Its spoiling the app completely

I think the best way to sort this out is to stop paying for it until it is sorted.

Thanks for letting me know Mark, you certainly shouldn't be seeing adverts as a premium member.

I must admit I haven't checked the site on a mobile, but we've stopped them from appearing in a normal browser. I'll check the mobile version this afternoon.

Thanks Nighthawk. It’s got considerably worse on my phone. It’s ad after ad & is severely impacting in a negative way on the app.

I am still seeing loads of ads especially when editing sightings and looking at fleet lists.

Also when I edit sightings any input comes up with an error screen, and have to back track to sightings.

The ads have now got on to my iPad as well as my phone. This is not good. I DO NOT want these on an app for my hobby. Please get them taken off.

Ads are also popping up on the desktop website. Very noticeable today.

I’m a premium member and I am also seeing ads, I don’t expect to be seeing these as a premium member.

Right. I’ve paid to be a premium member for the reason of not seeing ads every five seconds. This is still occurring not only on my iPad but my android phone as well. This has to stop immediately. Will get this sorted out ASAP for all of your premium members .

The advertisements for premium members is continuing to be annoying. I pay for premium to upload photos and not have ads which are the two main selling points of the membership. Would the site administrators please provide an update.

I am also getting ads, and I also want to cancel my subscription as I don't use it enough but I keep getting an internal server error.

Same thing for me, I have adds as well...

Im also logged as "free" and cannot load any picture but on the forum, I still ave the tag "premium". Quite confusing...

Any update on our issues ?

Paul - I've reset your account so it now correctly shows as being a standard member,

PlanespottingFury - Your account has already been cancelled, and your previous payment (5th March) was refunded. You're still showing as premium until 9th April - I'll leave it active until then, at which point it will revert back to standard.

I'll look in to the issue with cancelling and see why that isnt working.

Thanks a lot, do you know why my account has been changed for standard? I mean I didn't resign on my own. Maybe after some months / years it's cancelling?

Anyway, will be back to Premium as soon as I have some pictures to load. Spotting is a bit quiet on my side this months.

I would consider a Premium membership to avoid advertising and enable me to load photos. However, it seems existing Premium members have regular issues seeing adverts and/or being unable to load photos. Can you advise if these and other recent problems are likely to be resolved in the near future?
