Lost Premium

Seems to be a problem with the accounts. Ive lost Premium from my account. I fully appreciate that these sites take alot of running, but Planelogger is really starting to disappoint lately. Nearly every time i come to use it there is an issue. Come on people, sort it out, or at least keep us in the loop if you are having problems.

Exact same issues . Full of ads. Missing logs. Cant access my images. Premium account to avoid the ads but not a premium service right now . Cant get any replies off the powers that be either to see what's going on. ..

Hi Everyone, the issue is now resolved.

We identified an issue with being able to cancel premium memberships, which was caused by having two different versions of the payment processing library installed. We removed all of these and replaced them with a single version of the library, choosing to upgrade to the latest version at the same time.

Unfortunatley, while this worked fine in testing, for some reason two days later the site started generating errors stating the wrong version of the API was in use. This caused the site to fail to process payment / renewal notifications.

This issue has now been corrected. We've gone through everyones account and manualy updated everyone who's payment renewed in the last week.

Sorry for the delay in replying, but due to it being Easter I've been away from the office and spending time with the family.

If you do spot any errors - please contact us by email or facebook messenger so we can respond to you quicker - I dont check the forums every day so wont be able to deal with any issues posted here until I see them.

Mark Horrop Aviation - what issues are you havign accessing logs / images? I'm not aware of any issues here. Let me know whats happening and I can try and resolve it.
