When reading Forum is there a way to get the newest 1st at the top?

You can sort the topics in any order you want - just click the column header to sort by that column. If you sort by "Last Reply" then you will get the newest posts at the top.
In hindsight, it doesn't make much sense to have the topic list sortable, so I will look to modify this in the next update.
