I have been robbed, this site hasn't recognize my premium membership despite the payment. There is practicaly no one to talk to. i sent numerous mails the address provided on the site in VAIN.
Don't worry. Admin are quite slow to respond but honest. They will contact you and solve the problem. We are several Premium's member and nobody has been robbed since. I understand your frustration regarding the situation and I hope that Nighthawk will see your message and contact you.

Welcome to PlaneLogger, and thankls for supporting us by going premium, I really appreciate it. I've corrected the issue with your account. I'm not sure why it didnt go through, but Ive now manually linked the payment to the subscription.
You may experience an issue next month when it renews, if you do, please get back in touch and I'll sort it.
