Why have you been taking two £5 amounts out of my account for the last 3 months (per month) , at least. Usually on the 7th and 16th. Could this be when I had to renew my membership.
Hello from Geneva, I've tried twice but I can't upgrade to Premium. My bank keeps declining the payment, and my credit card gets blocked after I try to make the payment. Do you know why?

You appear to have created a new subscription in August 2025.. hwoerver your old subscription is still valid and has been since 2023. It has continued to charge you as well. It's the same card number associated with both accounts.
I've terminated the newer account, and paused payment on the old account for 8 months as compensation for the extra payments.

Im not sure why your subscription failed, i can see too messages in there "card declined" and "The payment requires the customer to take action in order to complete the payment".
What sometimes happens is you'll get a pop up asking you to confirm the payment - normally by going in to your bank app and clicking approve.
Did you receive this popup, and approve the transaction? It looks like either this didnt appear, or you didnt approve in time, so it timed out and cancelled the transaction.
