18/01/2001 - NNA - jasonlmcross The rear and tail of this aircraft can be clearly seen at approx. 24minutes into the 2002 movie 'Black Hawk Down' (directed by Ridley Scott) in a scene where Sgt.Eversmann (played by Josh Hartnett) is given command of a 'chalk' by Cpt.Steele (played by Jason Isaacs). A 'chalk' is military slang for a small (platoon sized) assault force deployed from an aircraft, in this case a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk. |
