Afternoon, I’m very new to this page (only just signed up) but it’s not easy to navigate. Does everything have to be loaded by yourselves? Can I manually load my sighting and pictures (including reg info, special notes etc?)

Yes, you will have to manually add your sightings. Search for the registration, then click 'view' next to the relevant aircraft (if there is more than one with the same reg.) . When the details for that particular aircraft appear click on 'Add Sighting' and then you can enter place and date etc.

As Rob mentioned, simply search for the registration, then click "Add Sighting" to record a sighting against it. Alternatively, select "Add Report" from the top menu, and you can add multiple registrations at once, which can be handy for logging all the aircraft you saw that day.
