Can some please tell me why we need so many adverts its getting so you cant work for adverts popping up everywhere, I have posted something similar before but got no answer?. Thanks

100% agree, even trying to post a supporting message to yor post, you get plauged by the things. Accept you need a few to make the site viable, but this is really over the top recently

Nice to know its not just me that agrees with to many adverts popping up,

I understand it has something to do with helping the site but come on one or two maybe but it can get up to six maybe seven at once,

I think this issue needs looking at sooner than later?.

Apologies for the ads - I do agree with you too.

We switched to a new network a while back, and I really dont like how it places the ads. With google - you picked the location, and it would then show ads where you placed them. With this new system, instead you pick 10 placeholders on the page, and it randomly selects some of them to use. Trouble is you cant control how many! sometimes it seems to pick all 10, which then becomes overwhelming, or sometimes it just seems to make up its own mind where to put them,

I'm just not a big fan of how it works and as soon as I get some spare time I might look at changing it.

Unfortunately advertising revenue is so poor these days it's difficult to stick to just a handful of carefully placed ads - they become too easy to ignore.

One of the biggest things you could do to help us is click on the ads. Once a month, click an ad. If everyone did that our advertising revenue would increase 100x or more!
