| Comments | w/o 05.3.1975. the a/c was on a low level exercise from RAF Upper Heyford to RAF Leeming when struck a bird, approx. 9 mi N of Kendal, Cumbria, at around 1,000ft which shattered a section of the windshield and caused other damage. The crew abandoned the a/c by way of the escape capsule.
